Notably you can install pyTivo as a service now without the use of pywin32. Some other additional features have been added too. You can get it here http://pytivo.krkeegan.com/viewtopic.php?p=578#578 I also added the windows installer as a branch to my repository if anyone has some skill with nullsoft installer feel free to tinker with it.
